What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message, only to answer your request. Messages are sent to us by email and are not stored on the website.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to run and secure the site.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use cookies or analytics, and loads no content from third parties. Everything, including fonts, is served from our own web host.
Sharing and storage outside Quebec
Only the people who need it to answer you see your information. Our website hosting and email providers may store it outside Quebec. Before doing so, we make sure it will be adequately protected. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: 3 years after our last contact with you. Server logs: about one month.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the Privacy Officer. We answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
